Is every piece of crystal sold on your website authenticated?
We promise that every product listed on our website has undergone an initial inspection by our in-house professional graders and random samples are sent to authoritative institutions for testing. You can find the "Authentication Report" entry on each product detail page to view a summary of the batch's sample test results (including refractive index, spectral characteristics, etc.). For higher-value collectible crystals, we include a uniquely numbered authentication certificate with the shipment. Additionally, you can purchase a "one-on-one authentication service" separately to obtain an independent certificate for a designated item.

Regarding the care and cleansing of crystals after purchase, we provide a full set of guidance and services: each package includes a "Natural Crystal Daily Care Manual" covering cleaning, avoiding knocks, and storage methods, along with complimentary white crystal gravel or sage for you to cleanse the crystals yourself. You may also send your crystals back to us, and we will perform ultrasonic cleaning and moonlight cleansing for free (limited to twice a year; you only need to cover shipping costs). Our customer service team is also available online to answer any questions about crystal care, pairing, or cleansing frequency.
